Responsibilities:
- Handling cash, checks, debit, and credit transactions
- Help balance and maintain the cash drawer daily
- Help balance credit card transactions daily
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Entering receipted material into the computer and handling any discrepancies
- Organize and process various transactions and paperwork
Requirements:
- Ability to prioritize & multitask
- Possess good communication & interpersonal skills
- Maintain composure in all situations while remaining focused and attention to detail
- Able to adjust to changes and problem-solve
- Work independently and as a team
- Able to accommodate customer needs in times of high call volumes
- Good math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Customer Service driven
Must submit a background check and drug testing
