Job Description:

As our Customer Service Attendant, you will be promptly greeting customers with a friendly and sincere approach educating them on the products and services we offer as well as maintaining the physical appearance and cleanliness of our facility in order to deliver an overall positive customer experience.

What you would do?
Promptly greet customers with a friendly and sincere approach
Directly interact with customers to educate them on the products and services we offer and make recommendations
Process transactions and Point-Of-Sale (POS)/cashier-related tasks
Maintain the physical appearance, organization, and cleanliness of the premises
Competencies & Physical Demands
Customer-focused
Friendly & positive attitude is a must
Strong work ethic & Accountability
Be self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
Reliable attendance
Capable to operate a computer
Ability to work outdoors and in warm and cold environments (ALL seasons)
Be active for extend periods of time and on your feet in a fast-paced environment
Must be available to work weekends
