INTRODUCTION

As a Product Marketing Lead, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for core positioning, messaging and go-to-market of key products, articulating their unique benefits to clients and their fans. You will partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, comms and more to bring products to market in uniquely SeatGeek ways, and help ensure future products have a strong market fit. You will also partner with sales and customer success to drive understanding of SeatGeek’s differentiated value.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do
- Craft differentiated, unified positioning, messaging, RTBs and go-to-market plans for our product solutions, with a prioritized focus on our enterprise audiences and their fans
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of product offerings for both clients and fans, a deep understanding of our client base and their core needs, our differentiators v. key competitors, and the biggest opportunities for us to grow
- Create programs and content that help our clients and their fans get the most value out of SeatGeek products
- Contribute to core sales and marketing assets such as pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and more
- Maintain strong relationships with XFN partners to both enhance their work and successfully complete your own, including Product, Marketing, Comms, Sales, Client Success, Analytics, and Finance
- Leverage competitive and customer insights to drive pricing and packaging for new and existing products
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What You Have
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, ideally with experience working in unique industries with complex business models, major competition, or interesting regulatory environments
- Proven track record of taking high-profile products and features to market for growth companies with business and consumer audiences
- Ability to articulate the essence of complex products and the value they create. Can develop a strong messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy plan
- Willingness and know-how to quickly, and deeply, understand the market (live event technology), our customers (teams, leagues, artists and fans) and competition
- Experience leading or contributing to pricing initiatives, including taking new pricing or packages to market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be comfortable presenting and sharing work with leadership
- Proactive self-starter with an ownership mentality. Solutions over problems, north-star over specific roadmap, and balancing analytical skills with gut decisions

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $182,000 USD. This role is equity eligible. In addition, you may receive a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
