- Full Benefits Package: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and HSA
- 401(k) with matching
- PTO & Paid Holidays
- Hands-On Training: you'll learn estimating from experienced professionals in the industrial electrical space
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Reviewing and interpreting customer RFQ documentation
- Creating material take-offs and cost estimates for new opportunities
- Preparing detailed cost breakdowns and proposals for clients
- Analyzing project requirements- materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor bids

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple quotes and deadlines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented-estimating is unforgiving; small errors have big consequences
- Familiarity with NEC code is a plus, but not required
- Experience with estimating software or CRM tools is a plus
If you’re a recent grad, a trades industry veteran looking to move off the tools, or an early-career candidate with a technical mind and a hunger to learn, we want to hear from you!
