Responsibilities
To provide the overall leadership to the campus community by planning and implementing programming and marketing campaigns that inspire and enable physical activity and other healthy behaviors. Provide overall management and coordination of the natatorium & lifeguards. Supervise between 6-10 lifeguards. The percentages below are merely estimates, and the College reserves the right to assign the employee to areas of work within the job description at its sole discretion.
Essential Functions
- Manages overall day-to-day operations of the Wellness Center and Aquatics.
- Provides overall supervision of the Natatorium. Hire, train, and supervise lifeguards.
- Provides education on a variety of subject areas to assist students, faculty, and staff in the learning about and appreciating in the importance of health. Develops employee and student wellness program initiatives as well as Wellness Center Programs, activities, and fees and services.
- Maintains accurate budget and inventory records of the Wellness Center & Aquatics and purchase equipment and supplies necessary for operations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree. Two years to five years of similar or related experience.
Salary/Benefits

Salary Range: Salary commensurate with education and experience.
Position Status: Full-Time
