Project Area: Approximately 95% of work is within the Denver Metro Area, with projects extending throughout the Front Range to Fort Collins.

Required Qualifications
OSHA 30 Certification
5+ years of construction safety experience supporting mechanical construction projects
Experience overseeing plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical system installations
Experience leading incident investigations and corrective action implementation
Experience with:

Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field

Direct OSHA inspection experience
Procore experience
Experience supporting commercial or industrial mechanical contractors
Experience managing multiple concurrent construction projects
CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop, implement, and manage company EHS programs
- Conduct routine project inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Pre-Task Plans (PTPs), permits, and lift plans
- Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation
- Conduct new hire orientations and ongoing safety training
- Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and Estimators to integrate safety into project planning and execution
- Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety requirements
- Maintain safety metrics, reporting, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with owners, customers, and general contractors regarding project safety expectations
- Promote a proactive safety culture across all active projects
