We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Production team! This role is responsible for supervising production operations within the area of control to ensure compliance with methods, quality standards, safety regulations, production standards, and efficient operations of equipment.

- Plan production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products, preparing shift reports and updating production KPI’s daily
- Fulfill people management duties, including attendance management, compliance with safety regulations, performance management, conflict resolution, and related tasks
- Inspect machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization prior to a run
- Develop or revise standard operational and working practices and ensure employee compliance with standards
