About the Role:
We're hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to focus on pipeline inspection and analysis throughout the entire customer lifecycle. This individual will drive high-impact analytics initiatives, deliver accurate and timely business insights, and help shape the future of reporting, automation, and data strategy across the GTM organization. It is a critical role supporting the success of our Sales and Marketing organizations with a clear, trustworthy view of pipeline health from first touch to closed-won.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain pipeline reporting frameworks that support performance tracking and pipeline management
- Run weekly/monthly pipeline analysis: stage conversion, velocity, aging, etc.
- Build and maintain global dashboards that surface pipeline health in real time
- Identify anomalies, risks, and opportunities in revenue data; and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders in real time
- Connect marketing spend and lead-gen data to analyze campaign efficiency
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy and decision-making
- Partner with systems, operations, and business leaders to identify high-value use cases for AI in reporting and go-to-market analytics
What You Need to Succeed:
- 3–5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops at growth stage company
- Advanced Excel skills, BI tool experience (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI), knowledge of Salesforce reporting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to turn messy, cross-source data into a clear story for non-technical execs
- Strategic curiosity and practical approach to identifying issues and supporting continuous improvement
- Adaptability and comfort managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- A forward-looking mindset, including openness to using automation and AI-enabled tools to improve how work is done

Compensation details: base salary for this role ranges from $90k to $118k plus 10% bonus structure
