As a Senior Product Engineer, you will contribute to the technical design and implementation of our groundbreaking new AI harness solution. You will own features and components end-to-end, moving beyond traditional SaaS paradigms to help build highly scalable, high-throughput AI infrastructure. This is a polyglot role. You'll need to understand product strategy, dig into user needs, and use that context to make smart decisions about what to build and how to build it. You're expected to absorb the problem space, prioritize effectively, uphold a high standard of engineering, and ship solutions that move the product forward. This role calls for someone who can break down challenges into iterative solutions, keep stakeholders informed, and find ways to unblock themselves. You will collaborate across teams to deliver scoped work and contribute to solving problems that enhance efficiency across the Engineering organization.
The Skills You'll Have
Technical Expertise & Implementation:
- Take ownership of your features end-to-end, from implementation through testing and monitoring
- Implement and deliver AI-driven product capabilities with guidance on architectural direction
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for our core AI harness
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI components, following established security practices
- Contribute to the design of fault-tolerant systems that orchestrate multiple AI agents
Quality & Customer Focus:
- Develop an understanding of customer challenges and the value your team's AI solutions bring
- Write thorough tests, including strategies for non-deterministic AI outputs
- Follow established data privacy guardrails in all AI systems you build
- Contribute to automated evaluation pipelines that assess AI output quality
- Identify opportunities to improve existing AI harness applications and surface them to the team
Collaboration & Growth:
- Actively participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing with teammates
- Seek and incorporate feedback to continuously improve your own craft
- Contribute to engineering discussions and help the team reach sound technical decisions
- Communicate cross-team dependencies early to keep projects on track
- Adopt and champion emerging engineering standards for AI development

- Clearly articulate your technical decisions and trade-offs
- Collaborate effectively across Product and Engineering teams
- Communicate AI concepts in accessible terms to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Share knowledge about the AI harness with teammates and stakeholders
- Contribute ideas to the product roadmap by staying current with emerging AI capabilities
Within 90 Days, You'll
- You'll Ramp up on the team's architecture, codebase, and AI tooling. Contribute to your first AI-driven product features with support from senior engineers.
Within 180 Days, You'll
- You'll Independently deliver AI-driven product features end-to-end, with increasing complexity.
- Actively participate in design discussions and contribute to team best practices around secure and scalable AI development.
Within 365 Days, You'll
- You'll Consistently deliver well-crafted, end-to-end AI-driven product capabilities that contribute to increased velocity and throughput.
- Serve as a reliable contributor who elevates team quality through strong technical work, thoughtful code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
