Our clinics are affiliated with South Texas Health Systems’ four acute care hospitals, behavioral health hospital, six freestanding emergency rooms and one joint venture hospital. Specially trained and highly experienced, our physician group treats a wide range of conditions using advanced technologies and minimally invasive techniques.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department.
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Assist in planning and logistics for marketing initiatives, community events, physician events, employee recognition activities, and special projects.
- Attend events as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Help set up and break down event materials, displays, and promotional items.
- Organize and maintain marketing materials and promotional inventory.
- Assist with social media scheduling and content organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
