- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members on sales techniques, customer service, and effective communication skills
- Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and motivate the team to maximize productivity and engagement
- Foster positive relationships with community members, local organizations, and stakeholders to enhance outreach efforts
- Analyze campaign data and feedback to refine strategies and improve overall effectiveness
- Hire and Train canvassing teams.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
- Experience in door-to-door canvassing, telemarketing, or fundraising is highly desirable
- Excellent negotiation skills to address questions or concerns from community members
- Knowledge of customer service principles and sales techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams or campaigns simultaneously
