Your Responsibilities
- Install custom straight, curved, and specialty stair systems at active construction sites
- Read blueprints, layouts, and project drawings to complete quality installations
- Measure, trim, level, fasten, and assemble stair components using hand and power tools
- Safely transport stair materials using a 26-foot box truck
- Load and unload products weighing up to 75 pounds
- Provide warehouse support when operational needs arise
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while representing the company professionally
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in framing, carpentry, woodworking, or a related construction field (Required)
- Experience operating common carpentry tools, including saws, drills, levels, and measuring equipment
- The ability to interpret blueprints and construction layouts
- A valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- A DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to regularly lift materials weighing up to 75 pounds and work in outdoor construction environments
- A dependable attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality craftsmanship
