Site Manager - Cumberland County

As our Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and day to day operations of our Expansion site in Cumberland County. This person will develop meaningful relationships with community stakeholders, develop staff, and engage in client retention.
Pay
~$64,000 per year, based on credentials.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

You will be eligible for medical benefits the first of the month following your first 30 days. We have options for a standard plan, as well as an HSA with a $100 initial contribution and up to a $25 per paycheck match. You would receive 10 paid holidays as well as PTO hours which would accrue at a rate of 10 hours per month. After 6 months you would be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan which has a 4% match. We also provide company paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability, in house and paid training opportunities, and paid credentialing. SouthLight is also an approved employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF).
We are excited to offer an additional benefit of Clinical Supervision Reimbursement. We will provide a monthly reimbursement of up to $200 (full-time) or $100 (part-time) to each associate level clinician electing this benefit for no more than 2 years, or until licensure is completed, whichever is first. Licensures eligible to receive this benefit include LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LPA, LCASA, and CADC.
Job Responsibilities of a Site Manager
- Fully understands and ensures team meets all regulatory and organizational requirements (SOTA, DHSR, CARF and other regulatory bodies) for delivering services in Cumberland County practice.
- Hires, manages, promotes, incentivizes and delivers performance reviews for staff under management. Works with IOP Lead and Office Manager to ensure clinical requirements are met or exceeded.
- Responsible for New Client Acquisition, driving the marketing team and personally engages marketplace to increase practice census.
- Manages workflows and takes ownership of processes for efficient and effective delivery of care. Looks at optimizing user experience when managing team and staffing levels, delivering services and prioritizing innovations in care.
- Plans, reviews and actively manages resources and budgets, to include staff utilization levels, to ensure optimal level of care and financial integrity. Works with billings team to optimize revenue receipt. This position will also play a key role in advocating for better authorization packages with our payer sources
- Ensure clinical and medical supervision is conducted by appropriately licensed clinicians
- Bolster high productivity percentage among providers.
- Collaborate with Director of Operations and other key staff to ensure high functioning Expansion campus-wide systems, including our on-boarding and triage operations.
- Ensure full compliance, with the assistance of the Director of Operations-Expansion, CEO, and CMO relative to training and regulatory expectations
- Assist with/enhance/improve the new counselor orientation/onboarding process
- Attend NC SOTA/AATOD, CFORT, and other community stake holder meetings, on behalf of SouthLight Healthcare
- Leverage Eleos AI, an innovative clinical documentation tool that reduces note-writing time so you can spend more time focusing on participant care.
Qualifications of a Site Manager
Education and Experience
- Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field
- At least 4 years’ experience in field of chemical dependency with at least 2 years’ experience in MAT/OTP
- Supervision experience minimum of 1 year
- Experience presenting to groups/training
Licensure/Certifications
- LCSW, LCAS, LCMHC or LMFT
- Associate license accepted if able to secure full license within 90 days of hire
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Familiar with local, state, and federal OTP regulations local, state and federal
- Excellent diagnostic skills
- Experienced with the DSMV
- Knowledgeable of service definition and requirements
- EHR experience
- Computer experience /advanced
- Ability to build rapport with wide variety of people in different settings
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, independent worker, ability to overcome obstacles independently
- Excellent written documentation skills
