$48,000-$52,000/Year + Incentive Bonuses - We are actively hiring Qualified Behavioral Health Provider Staff in the Little Rock area to provide Family Centered Treatment (FCT).
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, sociology, or a related human services field, plus a minimum of 1 year of accumulated experience working with children/adolescents in the mental health field. No prior FCT experience is required. Candidates with FCT experience qualify for higher starting salaries. FCT Practitioners who complete their FCT certification within 6 months will receive a $1,500 bonus, and those who complete their certification within 9 months will receive a $1,000 bonus.
