- Robust interpersonal and communication skills. Patient, compassionate, and empathetic.
- Passion for working with children and families.
- Ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced work environment, with moderate noise, while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to safety protocols.
- The physical demands of the position may include standing, walking, lifting, and carrying objects, and performing various patient care activities.

It's important that the successful candidate can effectively adapt to these conditions while continuously providing high-quality care to our patients.
