What You’ll Do
- Provide structured behavior therapy sessions using play-based ABA techniques
- Support social skills, communication, and emotional regulation
- Guide motor skills, problem-solving, and daily living skills
- Promote positive behavior using reinforcement techniques
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must provide valid Driver’s License, Vehicle Registration, and Vehicle Insurance (as an authorized driver) per company policy
- Comfortable using a device for data entry (stipend provided)
- Physically able to kneel, run, lift up to 35 lbs, and move quickly as needed
- Experience with children in school, daycare, or after-school programs preferred
- Background in Psychology, Child Development, or related fields is a plus
