Position Summary
The Marketing Greeter is the first point of contact for resort guests and plays a vital role in connecting them with our marketing team. This position focuses on engaging guests, providing a warm welcome, and directing them to our resort kiosks or booths for vacation ownership opportunities, hotel stays, park experiences, and event promotions.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage resort guests with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Proactively direct guests to marketing kiosks or booths to learn about vacation ownership opportunities, resort events, hotel promotions, and theme park packages.
- Share basic resort information and answer general guest inquiries about amenities, services, dining, and attractions.
- Build excitement and encourage guests to participate in presentations and promotions.
- Partner with the marketing and events teams to support guest flow and drive attendance.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the resort brand.
- Adapt quickly to changing guest volumes and marketing needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform other guest service and marketing support duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or sales support experience preferred.
- Outgoing, people-oriented personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to confidently approach and engage guests.
- Must be comfortable working in high-traffic areas with diverse guest interactions.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask in a dynamic resort environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25–50 pounds.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening (WD is a drug-free workplace).
