What You'll Do
Front Desk & Guest Experience
- Welcome visitors with a professional and friendly approach.
- Manage guest registration and ensure compliance with security protocols (e.g., NDAs).
Communication & Coordination
- Handle and route incoming calls and inquiries, including sensitive communications.
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external requests.
Access & Workplace Management
- Issue and track access badges and entry permissions.
- Maintain reception and common areas to ensure a clean, organized, and presentable environment.
Operational Support
- May be asked to assist with meeting and conference room setup, including coordination of catering and materials.
- Provide support across mail, hospitality, and facilities functions as needed.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, concierge, or hospitality (preferred)
- Reliable and able to maintain assigned work schedule
- Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
