Field Representative (Freelance) – Unlimited Earnings | Secure Prime Territory

Sqwad is launching one of Europe’s largest marketplaces in the U.S., and we’re hiring Field Representatives to lock in prime business locations before competitors do.
This is not a sales job. There’s nothing to sell. Your role is to secure partnership agreements with local businesses in your territory — and get paid aggressively for it.
If you’re confident, street-smart, and thrive in face-to-face interactions, this is a serious income opportunity with no cap on earnings.
Compensation & Perks:
$20/hour guaranteed base pay
$130 per activated partnership agreement
Unlimited earning potential
Top performers earn up to $500 per day

What You’ll Be Doing:
In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area
Introducing Sqwad’s partnership opportunity (no selling involved)
Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers
Securing signed partnership agreements
Building early market presence by locking in key locations
Logging activity and leads using simple digital tools
Passing qualified opportunities to the internal sales team
Who This Role Is For:
Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused individuals
Comfortable working independently in the field
Strong communicators who handle objections confidently
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms
Registered freelancer (1099)
Must be located in Miami
Native or fluent English speaker
Preferred (Not Required):
Field outreach or door-to-door experience
Experience with Google Sheets
Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot
