- Provide guidance to internal teams on contractual risk, compliance considerations, and business terms
- Support proposal development including reviewing, submitting, and negotiating customer proposals
- Analyze contract terms and special provisions, including government contracting requirements, under the guidance of senior contracts staff
- Support contracting actions that include commercial items with government flowdowns or regulatory requirements
- Assist contracts leadership with review of terms and conditions, special clauses, and FAR/DFARS compliance obligations
- Communicate contract requirements and obligations to program managers, technical teams, and leadership
- Coordinate with program management, finance, manufacturing, and accounting to ensure full compliance with contract requirements
- Maintain strong customer relationships to support seamless business transactions
- Maintain accurate and organized contract files, proposal documentation, and internal databases
- Uphold high ethical standards in all contract administration activities
