Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems and schematics to identify issues accurately.
- Repair and overhaul mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components.
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, and vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment to complete repairs efficiently.
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate clearly with customers about repairs needed and completed work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry with a strong background in mechanical systems repair.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and automotive diagnostics tools to troubleshoot effectively.
- Knowledge of transmission repair, and auto electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with automotive suspension system repair, brake repair, shocks & struts replacement.
- Ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire services efficiently.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by excellent customer service skills.
- Valid certifications related to automotive repair; ASE certification is desirable but not mandatory.
- Must have own tools!!
