Position Summary
This position serves as office manager for a Division of Community Corrections (DCC) unit. Primary responsibilities include coordinating office management and administrative operations; directing the maintenance of offender-driven data systems; and supervising assigned program support staff. In addition, this position is responsible for performing various fiscal, purchasing, and budgetary activities; managing the office’s computer systems; managing forms and records; and providing program support to other staff. This position exercises a considerable amount of individual initiative, independent judgment, and decision-making ability, while maintaining confidentiality.
Salary Information
This position is in pay schedule/range (81-04) with an annual salary of $56763 - $77313, plus excellent benefits as listed below. Pay will be set in accordance with the Compensation Plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code in effect at the time of hire. A twelve month probationary period is required.

Job Details
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States (i.e. a citizen or national of the U.S., a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. without DOC sponsorship) at the time of application.
The Department of Corrections may conduct pre-employment drug screens. Any applicant who is offered employment in a position which requires a pre-employment drug screen must pass the screen as a contingency of employment.
The Department of Corrections will conduct criminal background checks on applicants prior to selection. Upon hire, all new DOC employees are subject to fingerprinting.
