Position: Cashier/Associate
Wage: $18.44 per hour. Full time (40 hours a week).
Location: River Rock Tobacco & Fuel off of Exit 210

Job Duties:
- Follow compliance with register operations policies and procedures
- Enforce compliance for age restricted sales
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
- Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
- Accurately and efficiently ring up customers on registers and accurately maintain all cash and paperwork at the registers
- Communicate customer requests to management
- Maintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
- Be compliant with established store policies and standards, such as safekeeping funds and property, personnel practices, security, sales and record-keeping procedures
- Perform all other duties assigned by Management
Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required or be willing to obtain one within a two year period.
- Basic math knowledge.
- Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
- River Rock Tobacco & Fuel is a drug-free workplace. All employees are subject to a pre-employment drug screen (pre-employment drug screen does not include THC).
