About the Role:
The DSD Assistant (Director of Staff Development Assistant) plays a crucial role in supporting the Director of Staff Development to enhance the professional growth and effectiveness of the organization's workforce. This position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating staff development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with industry standards. Minimum Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
