What You'll Do

• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers across the United States.
• Understand each client's financing needs and recommend tailored funding solutions.
• Structure and present financing options including working capital, term loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, and other commercial funding products.
• Manage opportunities from initial consultation through funding.
• Collaborate with underwriting and funding teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain an active pipeline and consistently exceed sales and funding goals.
• Develop long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in business funding, merchant cash advance (MCA), commercial lending, banking, equipment finance, financial services, or consultative B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Compensation: Competitive commission plan with six-figure earning potential for top performers.

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay: $71,268.86 - $108,829.16 per year
