We also provide parts and service, rental equipment, and training services. Because of continued growth, we are looking for a Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing orders for parts directly with customers at the counter and by phone
- Ordering parts from John Deere and other approved vendors when necessary
- Providing follow-up and escalation of backorders when necessary
- Shipping, receiving, and stocking parts as needed daily
- At least two years of experience working in a parts department; heavy equipment is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient with computers and software systems such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based programs
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
