Position Summary
The Sales Representative plays a key role in guiding homeowners through the remodeling
journey by offering expert recommendations on roofing, siding, window and decking
upgrades. This is a high-impact, performance-based role ideal for individuals who are
personable, motivated, and passionate about home improvement and sales. The position
includes pre-scheduled, qualified leads and unlimited earning potential through a generous
commission structure.
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand their goals and
- Present company products and services through clear, confident, and compelling
- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and sales activity in
- Deliver exceptional customer service from initial consultation through project handoff.
- Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential
- Attend team meetings, training, and sales strategy sessions
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity
- Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on homeowner
