We are growing quickly and looking for someone to join our team in Graphics Sales to increase and oversee the sales of our offerings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inside and outside sales.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Lead generation, follow up and closing new business.
- Represent our graphic division at various industry trade shows.
- Process leads and sales through the sales process by utilizing the CRM database and post-sale follow up.
- Work closely with the design and production team to develop decal and graphics solutions for customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
- Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
- Climbing in and out of vehicles
- Occasional stooping and bending
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 45 lbs.
- Normal range of hearing and vision.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License with good standing MVR.
- Experience with the sale of vinyl decals and graphics applications preferred.
- Experience selling similar products and solutions within the commercial automotive and fleet industry a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic and a great attitude.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
- Experience using a CRM database, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
