Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Appliance Repair Technicians to perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations on residential appliances. Most assignments are located within your local service area.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, ranges, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and other household equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Perform repairs and installations according to manufacturer specifications
- Communicate effectively with customers and the Superior team
- Maintain accurate notes, photos, and updates through our online portal
- Recommend maintenance solutions and necessary repairs when appropriate
- Complete work orders professionally and efficiently
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Must own a truck, van, or SUV suitable for transporting tools and equipment
- Must have your own tools and be able to work independently
- Experience repairing residential appliances
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using an online portal for work order management and updates
- Ability to lift and move tools, equipment, and appliances as needed
Required Qualifications
- General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
- Workers' Compensation preferred when applicable
- W-9 with valid Tax ID required
- Completion of onboarding and portal training required before receiving work orders
