- Current CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain
- Previous high school tennis coaching experience preferred
- MHSAA CAP Level 1 or 2 certification preferred

- Lead all aspects of the varsity girls tennis program, including player development, practice planning, match preparation, and equipment management
- Supervise student-athletes during all team functions
- Ensure compliance with school, district, league, and MHSAA policies
- Foster a safe, respectful, and team-oriented environment emphasizing sportsmanship, discipline, and personal growth
- Communicate effectively with players, families, officials, coaches, administrators, and community stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Athletic Director and school staff, responding to guidance in a timely and professional manner
- Serve as a positive role model through conduct, language, and behavior while upholding the values of Swartz Creek High School
Qualifications for Sub-Varsity & Middle School Tennis Coaches:
