About the role
We're looking for an Executive Assistant and Office Manager to support our CEO and keep the office running smoothly. You'll coordinate day-to-day operations, manage logistics, and keep the workspace organized, while supporting leadership with scheduling, communication, and documentation. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup. Note this requires being on-site at our office in South Park 5 days/week.
What you'll do
Office Management
Oversee everyday office operations, keeping the space clean, organized, and fully stocked; manage supplies, vendors, and facilities.
Serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding office-related inquiries.
Organize and execute team offsites and onsite gatherings, ensuring smooth logistics (venues, travel, catering, activities, and budgets).
Executive Support
Manage calendars, meetings, and internal/external communication.
Assist with travel coordination, meeting prep, and follow-ups.
Draft and maintain internal documents, reports, and presentations.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative roles, ideally in a fast-growing company.
Type A in the best sense: organized, proactive, and on top of the details.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and expense/reporting systems.
Friendly, approachable, and proactive in anticipating needs.
Proven experience in event planning and execution, from small gatherings to large-scale company functions.
Compensation Range
$75,000/year plus equity
