Position Summary:
Supervise staff involved in performing internal operations in the program. Plans, supervises, and implements process and procedures to ensure strong program performance. Collaborates closely with site operations coordinators, care team supervisors, clinical supervisors, and site leadership to ensure overall customer service, safety and quality of care and support on a daily basis. while overseeing outcomes for staff and clients. Responsible for monitoring and addressing facility safety and maintenance together with facilities and maintenance personnel.
Position Description:
- Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operational functions of the site/location in accordance with the contract, licensing, certification, accreditation, and agency standards
- Maintain site/location effectively while adhering to regulatory guidelines and ensuring safety, security, and environmental compliance
- Schedule staff, plan for necessaryshiftcoverage,inventoryand maintenance to ensure smooth operations and meeting of deadlines/goals
- Approve employee time cards and paid time off requests, coordinates unpaid leave with HR
- May assist with budget development and ensure operation within budget
- Maintain program and client workflow and delegate effectively
- Collaborate with Supervisor and Associate Director on initiatives for effective site operations
- Assist in enhancing collaboration and cooperation between service lines to ensure service integration
- Conduct or participate in the hiring of all reporting staff
- Direct and supervise personnel by ensuring training needs are met and regular supervision and coaching occurs
- Carries out 90-day reviews for new staff and annual performance reviews for all staff under their supervision
- Carry out and coordinate corrective action with HR for staff who are not meeting performance standards or requirements, up to and including formal notice and/or termination;
- Assure compliance with site audits, peer reviews, and agency Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives
- Generate outcome data and use for improvement
- Monitor and complete all reports according to contract, licensing,certificationandaccreditation standards
- Follow protocols in responding to,reportingand resolving unusual incidents
- Mitigate risk using intervention skills and anticipate/prevent crisis
- Respond to and perform work as necessary to ensure site/location deadlines and operational goals are met
- Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of supervisory experience or 5 years of operational/administrative support experience
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
