You will actively lead recruitment initiatives by serving as the external lead for events, cultivation meetings, campus engagement, and key partnerships. You will work closely with the RT and regional teams to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and support the development of strategies that resonate with local communities while aligning with TFA's mission.
