- Delivers checks to headquarters branch for processing
- Processes member requested account closeouts received via, Salesforce, mail or fax
- Monitors SSA/SSI and AVS portals to verify member account balance information
- Processes information requests for Medicaid eligibility
- Retrieves account information, verifies signatures, and prepares reports for micrographics and share draft research
- Gathers documents, copies, reviews, and processes before sending to external law firms, companies or members
- Gathers statements, copies of receipts, deposit and withdrawal information and processes Verification of Deposits
- Responds quickly and accurately to members, branch staff and other department staff
- Identifies issues requiring follow-up and contacts members to obtain information
- Educates members by advising them of additional Teachers products and services
- Uses Salesforce to process cases, create partner referrals, and logs information from member phone conversations
- Performs other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor
- This position is eligible for our annual discretionary bonus program. Some positions within the credit union also qualify for quarterly performance incentives.
