HVAC Assistant Branch Manager Responsibilities
Ensuring smooth workflow from opening to closing, including managing staff, scheduling deliveries, and resources
Interacting with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
Assisting with maintaining accurate inventory, processing orders, and managing shipments
Handling documentation, maintaining records, and supporting communication both internally and with suppliers
May involve reporting daily reconciliations and bank deposits
Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Ensuring adherence to safety regulations, including OSHA standards, and proper permitting for work performed
Assisting with sales promotions, suggestive selling, and showroom displays to drive revenue

Supporting and motivating team members, potentially including performance management and training
Filling in for the Branch Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or management is a plus.
Required Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in HVAC
- Experience in retail, distribution, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of managing teams and meeting business goals.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
