We are seeking an Associate Service Engineer to provide maintenance support for NetApp and Rubrik storage equipment and perform Rubrik and PayRange installations. After approximately 10–12 weeks of training, this role will support customers across Omaha, NE, and the surrounding area, with occasional travel outside the local coverage zone (including occasional trips to Des Moines).
ASSOCIATE SERVICE ENGINEERS AT TSP TYPICALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule service calls and coordinate parts delivery to meet customer service-level agreements
Maintain NetApp and Rubrik storage equipment, including troubleshooting and following product repair action plans such as disk and controller swaps
Serve as “smart hands” with direction from a support center for NetApp and Rubrik maintenance, and Rubrik installations
Install PayRange devices across multiple local locations
Interact professionally with IT customers, TSP technical team members, external support organizations, systems administrators, and technical managers
THE IDEAL PERSON FOR THIS ROLE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE SUCH AS:
Strong sense of urgency, time management, and customer-facing skills
General understanding of Microsoft Outlook
Excellent communication skills by phone, email, and in person
Reliable, proactive, and able to take ownership of multiple engagements
Good job stability must be reflected on resume
SCHEDULE AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Weekend, evening, and occasional holiday work required
Solo 24/7 coverage for Omaha, NE plus a 50-mile radius
Work may occasionally extend outside the 50-mile coverage area
Weekly trips to Des Moines, IA may be required at times
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Any IT experience or exposure to data center environments is welcome, but not required

Location: Omaha, NE and surrounding area
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
Ability to lift and install equipment weighing up to 75 pounds into customer racks
Pay: $20.00 per hour + additional for training milestones
