Responsibilities

- Develop RESTful APIs and web services to support front-end applications and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture, create UML diagrams, and implement system design best practices.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and Python frameworks to continuously improve system efficiency and security.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Python development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS cloud services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and CloudFormation.
- Solid knowledge of web development technologies including RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, HTML/CSS/JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.
- Experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures for scalable enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with database design using relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including version control (Git), Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, unit testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to develop application solutions using Java or C# is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on system performance optimization and debugging complex issues across distributed environments.
- Experience working in Agile teams with tools such as Visual Studio, Eclipse, TFS/Trello/Jira for project management.
