We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead large-scale OSP fiber construction projects supporting major broadband and fiber network expansion initiatives. - Manage multiple underground and aerial fiber construction projects simultaneously
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource planning
- Lead Construction Supervisors, field teams, and subcontractors
- Monitor production, quality, safety, and project performance metrics
- Conduct field audits, site visits, and quality inspections
- Review permits, construction drawings, redlines, and closeout documentation
- Track contractor invoices, change orders, and project expenditures
- Partner with engineering, permitting, operations, and executive leadership teams
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, NESC, 811, and client requirements
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- 5+ years of Construction Management, Project Management, or Telecom Construction leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of underground fiber construction
- Experience managing multiple projects, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, permits, and project documentation
- Experience with scheduling, forecasting, and operational reporting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
