Maintenance Director

What You'll Do
- Oversee the daily maintenance and appearance of our beautiful assisted living community.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure our building is safe and operating efficiently.
- Coordinate outside contractors and service providers.
- Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety, and mechanical systems.
- Complete routine inspections and ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
- Assist with apartment turnovers and resident move-ins.
- Maintain the grounds, walkways, landscaping, and seasonal snow and ice removal.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
- Participate in emergency preparedness and on-call responsibilities as needed.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related trade.
- Can troubleshoot and repair a variety of building systems.
- Is organized, dependable, and takes initiative.
- Enjoys interacting with older adults and understands the importance of customer service.
- Works well independently while collaborating with other department leaders.
- Has experience supervising vendors or maintenance projects (preferred).
- Possesses a valid driver's license.
