Work hours: Fulltime; Monday-Friday (8:00a – 4:30p)

Here’s What You Need
- M.D. or D.O. Medicine or Physiology required OR
- PhD upon hire required
- 6 months’ physiology experience upon hire required
- 5 years’ work experience in a research lab and/or related clinical setting preferred
- BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required

- Demonstrated verbal and written ability to communicate effectively and professionally across disciplines and with a variety of distinct constituents, including participants, guests, staff members, physicians, and volunteers.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across and beyond the organization.
- Must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and advanced expertise in analyzing organizational needs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a major research initiative, accomplish results and achieve measurable organizational outcomes and goals.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach for results.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple demands as well as respond to rapidly changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to respond to the needs and emotions of people under stress
- Proficient computer programming and familiarity with common software programs, Microsoft Office, database, graphics, and spreadsheet applications.
