How you'll contribute as an employee of TRH Fort Worth you will join a team that embodies a culture of teamwork and effective communication, essential for the delivery of patient care. You will work with a team committed to ensure patients receive optimal medical attention and support. As an LPN you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, delivering treatments, assisting in assessments, and supporting interdisciplinary care planning in accordance with the patient's needs.
- Accurately performs patient assessments and identified patient needs.
- Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provides patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge.
- Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
- Works cooperatively and actively participates with other members of the interdisciplinary team.

What we are looking for a licensed LVN passionate about patient care
Graduate of accredited licensed practical/vocational program.
Current state licensure as Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.
CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
IV Certified required or obtained within 6 months highly preferred.
Minimum one year LPN experience required and six months Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
