What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for our customers while coordinating with our service team to ensure every customer receives timely, professional support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering exceptional customer service by phone, email, and other communication channels
- Scheduling service appointments while working side-by-side with the dispatch team for efficient response times
- Managing customer communication from start to finish
- Processing customer orders, returns, and service requests accurately
- Maintaining customer records and documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Collaborating with technicians, management, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations
- Utilizing Google Workspace and cloud-based scheduling software to manage daily workflows
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance (Monday–Friday)
Preferred
Experience with dispatch or service scheduling
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
Bilingual in English and Spanish
