The B12 Store is seeking a licensed physician to serve as our Medical Director, providing clinical oversight for our growing wellness practice located in King of Prussia, PA.

The Medical Director will provide oversight of our vitamin injection program, IV therapy services, peptide therapy program, and future wellness offerings while ensuring compliance with established clinical protocols and applicable regulations.
The position is primarily remote, with occasional communication with the management team and periodic on-site visits as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical oversight for The B12 Store's wellness services, including vitamin injections, IV therapy, peptide therapy, and future wellness offerings.
- Review, approve, and periodically update standing orders, clinical protocols, and treatment guidelines to ensure they reflect current standards of care and applicable regulations.
- Serve as the Medical Director for the practice and provide guidance on clinical matters when needed.
- Provide clinical oversight and collaboration for the Nurse Practitioner managing our GLP-1 weight loss program.
- Be available for occasional consultation regarding client care, clinical questions, or operational matters requiring physician input.
- Support regulatory compliance and help ensure the practice operates in accordance with applicable state laws, professional standards, and best practices.
- Participate in periodic quality assurance reviews and documentation audits, as appropriate.
- Maintain all required licensure and remain in good standing throughout the engagement.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania Physician (MD or DO) license in good standing.
- Board certification is a plus but not required.
- Interest or experience in wellness, preventative medicine, vitamin therapy, peptide therapy, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and collaborative leadership style.
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to occasional clinical questions.
Scheduling Expectations
This is a flexible, contract-based position designed to provide physician oversight rather than direct patient care.
Responsibilities are performed primarily remotely and include periodic availability for:
