Job Summary:
As a Front of House Guest Service Associate, you will be expected to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru positions. You will greet our guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. You will also serve food that meets our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.
Responsibilities:
Cashier:
- Knowledge and understanding of our menu
- Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform with enthusiasm
- Communicate and work with your team to give outstanding service to our guests
- Greet every guest with a smile!
Expediter/Server:
- Be able to recognize our food as it is presented from the kitchen
- Ensure all food is being made properly before being handed out to guests
- Communication with kitchen and servers
- Assist with take-out/phone orders
- Serve & auction food properly and in a timely manner
- Cleaning and sanitizing as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication and positive attitude
- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must obtain Food Handler certificate
- Must work to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
