We’re looking for an energetic, driven, and people-first Fitness Sales Associate/Customer service who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
As a Fitness Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of our members on a daily basis! The Fitness sales/ Customer Service Specialist is running all “Front of house” fitness studio operations of a fast-paced fitness center while building relationships with our members. Providing a premier experience, resolving complaints, and providing a higher level of customer support by successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Customer Service Associate is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness center, retaining, as well as meeting sales expectations, including membership sales and renewals, supplement, and apparel sales, and maintaining premium customer service levels. Ideal candidate is comfortable making calls, has customer service experience, a fitness lover, and an overall self-driven/ results-oriented salesperson. This position supports the mission of the The Camp by demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills, sales skills as well as the ability to work within a highly fast-paced and team-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities
This role combines sales, customer service, and operational leadership on the floor.
- Lead front desk operations and create a high-energy, welcoming environment
- Conduct consultations and tours that convert prospects into members
- Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day to leads and prospects
- Follow up consistently and book quality appointments
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Conduct weekly weigh-ins and support member accountability
- Deliver a high-level member experience at every touchpoint
- Maintain accurate CRM records (ABC/GymSales)
- Support studio operations and administrative tasks
- Contribute to team culture, performance, and overall energy

Requirements
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
● Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.

As a Member Experience & Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering a high-level member experience while driving results for the studio. You will lead all front-of-house operations, build strong relationships with members, and guide prospects through the sales process from first interaction to membership enrollment.
This role goes beyond customer servicenyou will be responsible for creating a premier experience, resolving concerns with professionalism, and consistently moving individuals toward a decision through effective communication and follow-up.
You will be held accountable to key performance metrics, including membership sales, renewals, and additional revenue streams such as supplements and apparel, while maintaining exceptional service standards.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable handling objections, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You are self motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about helping others improve their lives.
This position plays a direct role in supporting The Camp’s mission by combining strong interpersonal skills, sales ability, and a team-first mindset to create meaningful impact every day.
