Position Summary
This is a part-time, center-based position working directly with children receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with children while implementing individualized treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Every day you'll help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills while celebrating meaningful progress alongside families and our clinical team.
Compensation & Hours - Starting Pay
Behavior Technicians (No RBT):
$19.00/hour
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT):
Starting at $20.50/hour
Up to $24.50/hour with 4+ years of RBT licensure
Schedule
- Part-time, up to 29 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling based on candidate availability.
- Hours of operation:
- Monday–Friday: 7:45 AM – 6:15 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Greater availability increases the likelihood we can accommodate your preferred schedule.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with children in a fun, supportive, center-based environment
- Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA or Lead Clinician
- Collect accurate session data using technology provided by CCSN
- Collaborate with clinical team members and caregivers to support each child's progress
- Maintain a safe, professional, and positive environment for children and families
QualificationsRequired
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children (examples include ABA, childcare, daycare, education, coaching, tutoring, camp counseling, babysitting, or similar child-focused experience)
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable engaging with children with unique learning needs
Preferred (Not Required)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience in ABA or special education settings
Paid training is available for candidates pursuing RBT certification.

Physical Requirements
Physical demands associated with this position include walking / standing for approximately 80% of the day.
Active with patients, including sitting, and getting up from the floor, sit/play on the floor for extended periods of time.
Ability to complete skills required for Physical Management Techniques (PMT) to safely support patients.
Be able to lift 40 pounds without assistance.
Operating and working on a laptop, keyboard and/or iPad.
Be physically present at the assigned job location.
