Licensed Psychologist – Pediatric, Child & Adolescent Services
Flexible W-2 Private Practice Role
Location: Greensburg, PA
Practice: The Center for Psychological Services & Life Coaching
Position Type: W-2 Employee
Compensation: $55,000–$115,000 per year, depending on schedule, clinical hours, assessment volume, productivity, supervisory involvement, and role structure
The Center for Psychological Services & Life Coaching is seeking a licensed psychologist with experience or specialty interest in pediatric, child, adolescent, and family-centered clinical care.
The Center is a well-established, faith-based Christian group psychology practice located in a beautiful professional medical office setting with convenient access to Route 30 and Route 119. Our multidisciplinary team provides counseling, psychological assessment, medication management, consultation, and collaborative care for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
This role is ideal for a licensed psychologist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, parents, and families, and who values meaningful clinical work within a supportive private practice environment. The position is especially well-suited for a psychologist with experience or interest in pediatric mental health, developmental concerns, autism, ADHD, diagnostic clarification, school-related concerns, family systems, parent consultation, and psychological assessment.
The Center offers the flexibility of private practice with the support and stability of a W-2 employee position. Psychologists are supported with administrative systems, billing support, credentialing assistance, fully furnished office space, established referral pathways, and opportunities for clinical collaboration with counselors, testing providers, and medication management services.
About the Role
The psychologist in this role may provide a combination of pediatric psychological assessment, diagnostic evaluation, consultation, parent guidance, and therapy services depending on clinical experience, specialty areas, and professional interests.
The Center has an established and growing demand for pediatric and adolescent services. We receive ongoing referrals for diagnostic clarification, ADHD evaluations, autism evaluations, developmental concerns, emotional and behavioral concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment concerns, school-related concerns, parenting concerns, family conflict, and other bio-psycho-social-spiritual needs.
This position can be structured based on clinical fit, practice needs, availability, credentialing status, and the psychologist’s areas of interest. Some psychologists may prefer a testing-heavy pediatric role, while others may want a blend of assessment, therapy, consultation, and family-centered care. Candidates with interest in supervision, consultation, program development, or specialty service growth may also have opportunities to expand into those areas over time.
This May Be a Great Fit If You Are Looking For:
- A flexible W-2 role that still feels like private practice
- A minimum commitment of 16 clinical hours per week, with room to grow
- A pediatric-focused clinical opportunity with established referral demand
