What You'll Do
As a Clinical Therapist, you'll provide intensive therapeutic services to adolescent males in a residential treatment setting while supporting individualized treatment plans and positive behavioral outcomes.
Your responsibilities include:
Providing individual therapy for an assigned caseload of approximately six clients
Running and co-facilitating therapeutic groups
Clinically supervising residents while ensuring compliance with BARJ principles and program policies
Developing treatment plans and maintaining accurate clinical documentation using an electronic health record system
Preparing court reports and treatment summaries
Completing required clinical assessments, including J-SOAP-II, ERASOR, CANS, WHODAS, and PREA Vulnerability Assessments
Completing managed care documentation, utilization reviews, and authorization paperwork
Coordinating care with juvenile probation officers, caseworkers, and other professionals
Attending court hearings and providing clinical testimony when necessary
Participating in an after-hours on-call rotation several times each year
Performing additional duties as assigned

Master's Degree required
Clinical licensure preferred
Experience working with adolescents preferred
Valid Driver's License required
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Effective time management and organizational abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
