As a Seasonal Line Cook, you'll help deliver outstanding dining experiences for our members and guests through restaurant service, private events, and banquets during our busy season.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Set up and stock your station before each service.
Execute lunch and dinner service with consistency and efficiency.
Assist with food preparation, inventory, ordering, and product rotation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and Culinary Team.
Assist with banquet and special event food preparation.
Perform opening and closing kitchen duties.
Qualifications
3–5 years of professional culinary experience required.
Experience in restaurants, hotels, resorts, or private clubs preferred.
Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
Experience preparing meats, seafood, vegetables, sauces, and scratch-made recipes.
Ability to work all line stations, including Broiler, Sauté, Fry, Pantry, and Garde Manger.
Knowledge of food safety, storage, and sanitation procedures.
Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain).
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
