- 5+ years of SAP project management experience , with direct ownership of SAP upgrades
- Strong understanding of SAP upgrade cycles (S/4HANA, ECC, SPS/FPS, technical upgrades )
- Experience working with distributed teams in nearshore / offshore (LATAM) delivery models
- Solid background in cutover planning , testing coordination , and defect management
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred ; SAP experience required
- Experience in regulated environments ( e.g ., life sciences , SOX, GxP )
- Familiarity with SAP AMS or post-upgrade support transitions
